The Monashees is a level for swimmers with a skill set already developed and want to swim to either cross train, train for BCSSA “s” status, recreationally or competitively. The Monashees swim 2 times per week for 60 minutes with 15 minutes of dry land activation. They are registered as non-competitive or competitive swimmers, depending on the goals of the swimmer. The Monashee swimmer is assessed by the coach and they will be put into the lane that best fits their level and age appropriateness.
The Master’s program is designed to allow swimmers of all ages the option to swim under the supervision of the club’s qualified coaching staff. With swimming for fitness as the objective, if competitions are your goal we can work with you to setup a program that works for you.
